I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located near a ski lift. However, the tiny toilet was a nightmare. The workers at the ski shop were a delight, always providing excellent service with a great attitude.

The location was convenient, close to the sports complex and just a short walk from the center, but the room setup was not ideal for snowy weather and could be noisy early in the morning. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, and the dining experience, although pricey, had good quality food. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
